Feb Fun Fest

Once upon a time, many years ago, a little sauropod started streaming. Little did she know, she'd stumble across the most amazing people in the entire world, and four years later they'd still be having fun times, amazing conversations, and inventing new ways to miss-spell words together.

Let's celebrate this amazing milestone!

While we're at it, there's a great reason to have a target: Twitch announced a new Plus Program which gives streamers a higher percentage of their income!

• If we can keep 100 self-subs for 3 consecutive months (gifted and prime subs do not count), we get a 60/40 split - a 20% increase!
• If we can keep 300 for those 3 months, we get a 70/30 split - a 40% increase.
• A tier 1 sub is worth 1PP point, tier 2 is worth 2PP, and tier 3 is worth 6PP!

The Project

To make this more fun, and create something cool together, we're going to create a special sauropod desktop background, with a dinosaur for every person who subs!

When do dinos get added?

• Most of the time, we'll note down the dino, and add it either at the end of the stream or the beginning of the next stream (the latter is more likely).
• If it fits with what's going on (e.g. if you sub while Saurus is already adding dinos), and it's not too chaotic, then there's a chance she might be able to add it in straight away.

Which dino do I get?

• Every self sub gets a dinosaur - by default, T1 gets a sauropod, T2 gets a stegosaurus, T3 gets a t-rex.
• If you want a dino from a lower tier than your sub (e.g. you have a T3 sub, but want a sauropod) that's fine too!
• If you have a T3 multi-month sub, you can also pick from the sub badge or bit badge dinos!
• If this is your 9 month sub, you get to have a special hatching dino!

What pose and colour options are there?

• In most cases, each dino's pose and colour is picked at random.
• If you have a T3 sub, or any 3-month or longer multi-month sub,  you get to pick your pose and colour!
• 6-month or longer subs get to pick a pose and colour, AND a special hand-drawn accessory for their dino (within reason)!

Can I accessorise my dino?

• Gift subs get added as eggs surrounding your dino!
• We'll also have channel point redemptions for all sorts of different accessories.
• One particular accessory, a fancy crown, is unique - and whoever owns it at the end of the month gains a fancy Discord role. Each stream, one person can buy it, and they take it from its previous owner. And every stream, its price goes up. Who will win the crown in the end? We shall have to wait and see...

What do we get at the end?

• Everyone who participates gets both the desktop background, and a copy of their unique dinosaur for use as a profile picture!

I have been hand-drawing dinosaurs and accessories whenever I have a spare moment for the past few weeks, so we'll have some fun variety. We don't have all of the illustrations vectorised yet, but while we work on that we can use the sketches to fill things in!

Milestones

To celebrate if and when we meet the milestones, we'll add something special to the illustration!

• 100 PP: Dove and Gen will make an appearance!
• 200 PP: Raptori will be allowed to join.
• 300 PP: All the cats will be added!

Dinosaurs!

We'll still add more poses, add more accessories, and clean up the Tier 2 and Tier 3 dinosaurs - but here's what we've got so far! Each pose comes with multiple different eyes for different emotions.
